Phair Security Solutions offers the expertise which our clients need to ensure that their people, property and information have the adequate protection. This can be accomplished by providing security personnel, security management and project-based consulting.
Our services go far beyond the offerings of the traditional security consultant. We call the concept the total comprehensive package. To our clients, this means we provide a total loss prevention and protection package which includes Risk and Vulnerability assessment, security systems planning and design, vendor engagement, project management, investigations and litigation support audit and training, and equipment specifications. A comprehensive analysis of our services, includes but is not limited to the following:
-Risk and Vulnerability Assessment-We provide a comprehensive, customized evaluation of a security situation with the goal of identifying deficiencies, limiting losses, and minimizing interruptions to business. We will check the properties' vulnerability with our penetration audit to find areas of weakness in building security that could lead to loss. We will interview key employees and members of the management team to identify possible issues and concerns. Finally, we will identify the areas and issues that may lead to loss, lawsuits, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Security Systems Planning and Design-We offer a full range of security system design services that are ready to be implemented into existing structures or during any phrase of construction or renovation. Our expertise encompasses areas such as business and enterprise, education, healthcare, industrial, retail, entertainment complexes, and distribution facilities. Our creative, cost-effective designs provide for a competitive bidding process of all types of security systems such as intrusion detection, closed circuit television, access control systems, locks, etc.

Daniel E.X.Phair - President and CEO
As president and majority stockholder of Phair Security Solutions, Inc., Daniel Phair is directly responsible for developing all operational policies, procedures, strategic planning and marketing efforts. Mr. Phair serves as the person of contact for potential clients and submits all contracts and bid proposals. For all contracts received, he selects personnel, assigns responsibilities, establishes performance timetables and the procedures required to insure the highest quality of product. He is directly responsible for the overall marketing, developing relationships with strategic and channel partners, supplies, and vendors as well as the internal administration of the company required to control fiscal responsibility, appropriate personnel management, and sound operational practices.

As of this writing, it has been chartered and is still considering alternatives of legal formation. | | Customer testimonials -Vendor Engagement-Phair Security Solutions will help select the best vendor or integrator or evaluate bids received from vendors. We provide specifications and Request for Proposal (RFPs) for the vendors to bid on and assist with contract negotiations, oversight, and inspection to ensure favorable and honest pricing. We have national account status with a wide variety of security vendors to assure our clients receive quick and efficient corrective action. Because we do not accept any commissions or finder's fees from these vendors, clients are assured of getting unbiased, professional service and advice. Project Management-Phair Security Solutions will be chosen by many potential clients to manage the installation of their security systems. Our commitment to the client's needs with an eye toward the bottom line is unsurpassed. We not only assist with the planning, but also the master scheduling necessary to coordinate the smooth installation of all phases of a project. -System Testing-Acting on the client's behalf, Phair Security Solutions will oversee testing and performance evaluations for all security systems and programs. This testing ensures that those systems and program function properly and are fool-proof.
-Investigations and Litigation Support- When necessary, our highly trained investigations work both overtly and covertly to provide clear, concise reports with documentation for all investigation requirements. We can also assist the client and their attorney in preparing for liability cases and provide expert witness and forensic testimony in cases involving security and premise liability issues. This area is one of the fastest growing specialties among attorneys and multi-million dollar judgments are not uncommon.
Audits and Training - Improving the hiring process and practices is an excellent way to start down the road to increased profits. PSSI helps develop programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that effective security procedures are in place. We facilitate a vast number of courses from awareness training to the Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia intake program through its start-of-the-art training facility.
